Welcome to Safarizo. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the booking of tours, safaris, travel packages, and related services offered by Safarizo.
By accessing our website, requesting a quotation, making a booking, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should refrain from using our website or booking our services.
1. Booking Agreement
A booking is considered confirmed once Safarizo has received the required deposit or full payment (where applicable) and has issued a written booking confirmation.
The person making the booking confirms that they are authorised to act on behalf of all travellers included in the reservation and accepts these Terms & Conditions on their behalf.
2. Pricing
All prices quoted by Safarizo are subject to availability and may change before a booking is confirmed.
Prices may be affected by factors including, but not limited to:
- Changes in supplier rates
- Government taxes and levies
- National park or conservation fees
- Exchange rate fluctuations
- Fuel surcharges
- Transportation costs
Once your booking has been confirmed, any subsequent price adjustments will only be made where permitted under applicable agreements or legal requirements.
3. Payments
Payment schedules will be communicated during the booking process.
Bookings may require:
- An initial deposit to secure services.
- Final payment before the departure date.
- Full payment at the time of booking for certain tours or promotional offers.
Failure to make payments by the specified deadlines may result in cancellation of the booking.
4. Changes to Bookings
If you request changes after your booking has been confirmed, Safarizo will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.
Changes are subject to:
- Availability
- Supplier approval
- Additional charges
- Applicable administrative fees
Certain travel services, permits, flights, and accommodations may not be amendable after confirmation.
5. Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
Applicable cancellation charges will depend on the timing of the cancellation and our suppliers’ policies.

6. Travel Documents
Travellers are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying all necessary travel documents, including:

- Vaccination certificates
- Entry permits
- Health documentation
- Any other documents required by the destination country
Safarizo is not responsible for denied boarding, refused entry, or travel disruptions resulting from incomplete or invalid documentation.
7. Health and Medical Requirements
Guests should ensure they are medically fit to participate in their selected safari or tour.
Travellers are responsible for seeking medical advice regarding:
- Vaccinations
- Prescription medications
- Malaria prevention
- Fitness for travel
- Any special medical requirements
Any medical conditions, allergies, dietary restrictions, or accessibility needs should be disclosed before booking whenever possible.
8. Travel Insurance
Safarizo strongly recommends that every traveller purchase comprehensive travel insurance before departure.
Travel insurance should ideally cover:
- Trip cancellation
- Medical emergencies
- Emergency evacuation
- Personal accidents
- Lost baggage
- Flight delays
- Personal liability
Travel insurance provides important financial protection against unforeseen events.
9. Traveller Responsibilities
Guests are expected to:
- Follow the instructions of guides and tour leaders.
- Respect local laws and customs.
- Follow park regulations.
- Treat wildlife responsibly.
- Respect local communities and cultures.
- Care for personal belongings.
- Behave in a manner that does not endanger others.
Safarizo reserves the right to remove any traveller whose behaviour seriously disrupts the tour or threatens the safety of others.
10. Wildlife Viewing
Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed.
Animals roam freely within their natural habitats, and sightings vary depending on weather, migration patterns, seasonal conditions, and natural behaviour.
Safarizo does not guarantee the viewing of any specific animal species during a safari.
11. Changes to Itineraries
Although we make every effort to operate tours as advertised, Safarizo reserves the right to modify itineraries when necessary due to circumstances such as:
- Weather conditions
- Road closures
- Wildlife movements
- Safety concerns
- Government restrictions
- Operational requirements
- Supplier availability
Where practical, comparable alternatives will be arranged.
12. Third-Party Service Providers
Safarizo works with independent hotels, safari lodges, camps, transport providers, airlines, local guides, and other tourism partners.
While we carefully select our partners, their services remain subject to their own operational policies and conditions.
Safarizo is not liable for delays, omissions, or failures caused solely by independent third-party service providers beyond our reasonable control.
13. Limitation of Liability
Safarizo acts as a tour operator and travel coordinator, arranging services with trusted suppliers.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Safarizo shall not be liable for losses, injuries, delays, additional expenses, or damages arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Weather events
- Natural disasters
- Government actions
- Political unrest
- Flight cancellations
- Transportation disruptions
- Wildlife-related incidents
- Supplier failures
- Force majeure events
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
14. Force Majeure
Safarizo shall not be responsible for failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure results from events beyond its reasonable control, including:
- Floods
- Earthquakes
- Wildfires
- Epidemics or pandemics
- War
- Terrorism
- Civil unrest
- Border closures
- Labor strikes
- Government restrictions
- Severe weather
In such circumstances, Safarizo will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements where possible.
15. Intellectual Property
All content published on the Safarizo website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, videos, branding, and website design, is the property of Safarizo or its respective content providers unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
16. Website Use
Users agree not to:
- Use the website for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt unauthorised access to website systems.
- Upload malicious software.
- Interfere with website functionality.
- Copy or misuse website content.
Safarizo reserves the right to suspend or restrict access where misuse is identified.
